Newcastle United could hand Arsenal another transfer blow after Alexander Isak as ‘talks’ begin
Newcastle United are not giving Arsenal what they want with regards to Alexander Isak.While Paul Merson thinks Isak would win Arsenal the title, the 25-year-old is going absolutely nowhere.
There seems to be a desperation to get the striker to the Emirates, yet Newcastle know that no one can afford Isak. The Magpies value him at well over £100million, which is only fair given how well he is playing.Instead of signing for Arsenal, Alexander Isak scores against them. He has done exactly that two games in a row, and will hope to do it again next Wednesday night as Newcastle aim to book their place in the Carabao Cup final.
All the while, Newcastle United could soon hand the Gunners another blow.
